Certified Hand Therapy

All services and treatments are provided by an occupational therapist that specializes in hand therapy. A certified hand therapist helps individuals restore function and mobility in their hands, wrists, elbow, and shoulder following injuries or conditions. Training for the specialization requires 4,000 hours of upper extremity care and passing a rigorous exam.

Their goal is to enhance strength, coordination, and range of motion to enable patients to resume daily activities like writing, cooking, or playing an instrument. Through personalized treatment plans, custom splints, and expert care, they guide patients toward healing and regaining independence.
