Conditions We Treat.

We understand your hands are essential to the pursuit of your craft. They’re not just tools—they’re how you bring your creativity to life, connect with others, and express who you are.

But pain has started to interfere. Hours at the computer, lifting kids, constant scrolling—your hands rarely get a break. Now, when you pick up your instrument, brush, or pencil the pain takes over.

We will get you out of the loop. We will watch how you play your instrument, observe your grip on a brush, or review videos of your design process. We will make a personalized plan to get you out of pain, and back to creating

The Founder

Maggie Strode | OTR/L, CHT, MLD-T

Maggie grew up in suburban New Jersey, discovering the joy of hands-on creativity in her family’s craft room. This passion led her to finding Occupational Therapy (OT), which emphasizes the importance of participating in activities to cultivate health. Maggie obtained her Master’s in OT, eventually specializing as a Certified Hand Therapist.

After years of experience, she noticed creative patients struggling with pain that disrupted their work. In response, Maggie developed a targeted approach combining activity analysis, muscle balancing, and neural relief to help creatives return to their craft pain-free.
