Conditions We Treat.
Musculoskeletal, Lymphatic, and Nerve Conditions.
We know your upper body isn’t just functional. They’re how you create, communicate, and do what you love. Whether you're an artist, musician, or simply navigating daily life, pain shouldn't hold you back.
We take the time to understand how you use your hands—watching how you play your instrument, grip a brush, hold your child, or work through your creative process. From there, we build a personalized plan to relieve your pain and help you get back to doing what you do best.

The Founder
Maggie Strode | OTR/L, CHT, MLD-T
Maggie grew up in suburban New Jersey, discovering the joy of hands-on creativity in her family’s craft room. This passion led her to finding Occupational Therapy (OT), which emphasizes the importance of participating in activities to cultivate health. Maggie obtained her Master’s in OT, eventually specializing as a Certified Hand Therapist.
After years of experience, she noticed creative patients struggling with pain that disrupted their work. In response, Maggie developed a targeted approach combining activity analysis, muscle balancing, and neural relief to help creatives return to their craft pain-free.
